1. قبول الشروط

باستخدامك لخدمات نظام معاهد، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي من هذه الشروط، يرجى عدم استخدام خدماتنا.

2. وصف الخدمة

نظام معاهد هو منصة إدارة تعليمية توفر:

  • إدارة الطلاب والبرامج التعليمية
  • نظام إدارة المحتوى التعليمي
  • تتبع الحضور والغياب
  • إدارة المدفوعات والرسوم
  • إصدار الشهادات والتقارير
  • نظام التواصل والإشعارات

3. حساب المستخدم

3.1 إنشاء الحساب

  • يجب أن تكون المعلومات المقدمة دقيقة ومحدثة
  • أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية كلمة المرور
  • يجب إبلاغنا فوراً عن أي استخدام غير مصرح به

3.2 متطلبات الحساب

  • يجب أن تكون بالغاً (18 سنة أو أكثر)
  • أو أن يكون لديك موافقة ولي الأمر
  • أن تكون مؤهلاً قانونياً للدخول في هذه الاتفاقية

4. استخدام الخدمة

4.1 الاستخدام المسموح

يمكنك استخدام خدماتنا للأغراض التعليمية المشروعة فقط.

4.2 الاستخدام المحظور

  • انتهاك أي قوانين أو لوائح محلية أو دولية
  • انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية
  • إرسال محتوى ضار أو غير قانوني
  • محاولة اختراق أو تعطيل النظام
  • استخدام الخدمة لأغراض تجارية غير مصرح بها

5. المحتوى والبيانات

5.1 ملكية المحتوى

أنت تحتفظ بحقوق الملكية للمحتوى الذي ترفعه. ومع ذلك، تمنحنا ترخيصاً لاستخدام هذا المحتوى لتقديم الخدمة.

5.2 حماية البيانات

  • نحن ملتزمون بحماية بياناتك الشخصية
  • نستخدم تقنيات تشفير متقدمة

6. المدفوعات والرسوم

  • الرسوم غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا في حالات محددة

  • البطاقات الائتمانية
  • التحويل البنكي
  • الدفع الإلكتروني
  • الدفع النقدي (في الفروع)

7. إلغاء الخدمة

7.1 إلغاء من جانبك

يمكنك إلغاء حسابك في أي وقت من خلال لوحة التحكم أو بالاتصال بنا.

7.2 إلغاء من جانبنا

نحتفظ بالحق في إلغاء أو تعليق حسابك في الحالات التالية:

  • انتهاك شروط الخدمة
  • عدم دفع الرسوم المستحقة
  • استخدام غير قانوني للخدمة

8. المسؤولية والضمانات

8.1 حدود المسؤولية

نحن لا نتحمل مسؤولية عن:

  • الخسائر غير المباشرة أو العرضية
  • انقطاع الخدمة لأسباب خارجة عن سيطرتنا
  • الاستخدام غير الصحيح للخدمة

8.2 الضمانات

نقدم الخدمة "كما هي" دون ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية.

9. الملكية الفكرية

جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية في النظام محفوظة لنا. لا يجوز لك:

  • نسخ أو تعديل النظام
  • إنشاء أعمال مشتقة
  • عكس هندسة النظام
  • إزالة إشعارات حقوق الطبع والنشر

10. التعديلات

نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سنقوم بإشعارك بالتغييرات المهمة عبر:

  • البريد الإلكتروني
  • الإشعارات في النظام
  • النشر على موقعنا

11. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. أي نزاعات تحل في محاكم المملكة.

Mahed Institute Management System is an educational management platform that provides:

  • Student and program management
  • Learning content management system
  • Attendance tracking
  • Payment and fee management
  • Certificate and report generation
  • Communication and notification system

3. User Account

3.1 Account Creation

  • Information provided must be accurate and up-to-date
  • You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • Or have parental consent
  • Be legally qualified to enter into this agreement
